ICLOUD CRASHING HELP

HI guys,

i have contacted apple and they said they never Hurd of my problem with icloud

right what happens

When I login to my iCloud on my iPad and my phone with the same account, all my photos come back but every app crashes and nothing will work , I made a new account and that worked fine, so something wrong with my iCloud account, I tried to download my photos on icloud on the computer but for some reason even the program won’t install on the computer as I was going to download all the pics on to comp and upload them to new icloud account, but I really need my normal iCloud to work, if anyone could help that would be great, that would be great, as apple said they never Hurd of this happening to anyone.

This does not make sense for several reasons.

Space is either free or used. 15GB free + 70GB used = 85GB. But you say "out of 200 gig".
There is no such thing as a 200GB iPad. Nor is there such a thing as an 85GB iPad.

So how much total storage does your iPad contain?

Trying again did help, because you provided extra detail that you did not provide previously.

It looks like you have an enormous problem.

You use 70GB of iCloud storage for photos
Your initial post says "All my photos come back ... (to your iPad and iPhone)"
So it sounds like you're trying to load 70GB of photos onto a 32GB iPad.

Clearly, you need to establish a restriction on the way you load photos onto the iPad (and undoubtedly the iPhone as well).

No not at all , I have 15gb free on device and 70gb used out of 200 gig , but as soon as I got to settings And sign in to iCloud everything crashes no apps open but if I go on to my new test account I made it works fine so something’s wrong somewere

I’m afraid you didn’t listen properly let’s try again

on my iCloud (MY CLOUD STORAGE) I payed for 200gb , and I have only used 70gb for photos

ON MY IPAD , ITS A 32GB BUT I STILL HAVE 15GB SPACE FREE ON MY DEVICE

No there in my iCloud I don’t download to iPad at all, it just crashes every time I log in, then no apps open at all , I logged into another iCloud with loads of photos 100gbs worth on iCloud and worked fine, just won’t work when I log in to my original account , I tried everything

On your iPad and/or iPhone? iOS devices are intended to be used by exactly one person and exactly one Apple ID.

Of course you can login to other ids , you just sign out and sign in to what you want, and when I spoke to apple they said I can use more than one Id by logging out and logging in to another account, hopefully there will be someone to help me soon who as had a issue like this before

It sounds like you have overflowed your iOS devices' storage.

Check Settings > General > [iPad/iPhone] Storage and be certain you never have less than 10% of the device's storage free.
