I can't connect to my Airpods. Followed these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the icon next to your AirPods.1 Then tap Forget This Device.
  2. Put your AirPods in the case and close the lid. Wait 15 seconds, then open the lid.
  3. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until you see the status light flash amber a few times, then flash white.
  4. Place your AirPods close to your device. Follow the steps on your iOS device's screen.

But on the 3d step when I hold the button for even more than 1 minute the status light flash white all the time. I don't see any amber light. Then after releasing the button, the status light continue blinking green. So I cannot connect to my iPhone/Macbook. Please help

Greetings, Arielb1.

I see that you're AirPods are flashing a green light, and you're wondering what that means. I'm happy to help.

Charge your AirPods with charging case and learn about battery life -- There's no mention here about a green flashing light. If you're having problems pairing your AirPods, however, you can reset them.

If your AirPods are in your case, then the light shows the charge status of your AirPods. If not, the light shows the status of your case. Green means charged, and amber means less than one full charge remains. If the light flashes white, your AirPods are ready to set up with one of your devices. If the light flashes amber, you might need to set up your AirPods again.

Still can’t connect? Follow these steps on your iOS device.

Let me know how that goes, and take care!
