My apple id is disabled. How do i fix this?

Apple ID Has Been Disabled

1. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
2. If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
3. Apple ID is Disabled - Apple Club
4. Apple ID- "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears
5. Contact Support

That depends on the context in which you encounter said message. If you encounter it when doing anything in Settings, then refer to the article already provided. If you only see it within the App/iTunes Store then you need to contact iTunes store support as only they can help you.
