cannot connect Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones

my Macbook just doesn't list the new Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones under Bluetooth search.. help!

I had the same problem. With the headphones ON, the bluetooth list didn't show me my WH-1000XM3's. Long pressing the On/Off button for more than 7 seconds activated the bluetooth pairing option in the Headphones and instantly appeared in the list.


Hope that this solve your problem too.
