Wow! the Shift and Option (alt) keys actually have the system symbols on them! I'm sitting here in the US like a sucker, looking over at the handy cheat sheat on my cube wall. Because somehow I'm supposed to be able to distinguish between the meanings of fat up arrow, tiny up caret, and weird angled line thing naturally, as if I was the crazy engineer who thought they were a good idea in the first place.
