Please I need a support on error message

My Mac Air shows this error message "OS x needs to repair your library to run application. Type Passwor. but If I type the password it will still appear again

kindly advice

My Mac Air allows me to enter password when 0pened,it loads up very slowly as soon as it's loaded,I get a black screen with the message unrecoverable error...tried several times same thing??? iMac 10.1 I have gone about to change an administrator name and file to another name and it has a message coming up now of macOS needs to repair library to run applications. I type in password it doesn't repair? Can someone please help
