Problem to download apps

why when I try to download an app, App Store asks me to verified my payment information and ?

i verified my payment informatio, i have changed my locatio, country. Everything and is still asking the same.

I ‘ve tried everything and nothing work...

payment method country issues I can't set a payment method, my country isn't listed in Apple countries. I can't purchase any apps in the App Store. It used to work until December 2019 but now it just says "This is not a valid payment method"
