iMovie on iPad crashing during project

Help me please [plea with desperatio]

I have made an iMovie with photos (no video) on my iPad of an important project I worked with my kids.

I got to the last slide to put text in and tried to change the style using the options on the bottom to choose the biggest, clearest one and it crashed. (Find the text limitations exasperating). I assume the option I tried was overwhelmed by the text.

Every time I try to select that slide, the whole thing crashes. I can‘t even delete that slide.

Is there any way of getting that slide out? Fixing the issue? Any way of mass copying all the slide apart from the delinquent one?

I am teetering on the brink of insanity over this as after weeks of work it was the LAST THING I was doing to the project!
