can't use reportaproblem.apple.com

good day,

i'm trying to use I didn't authorize this purchase option in reportaproblem.apple.com site

it says We are unable to process your request at this time. Try again later. for 10 hours already.

the problem i'm trying to solve is the following:

"my 7 years old child made 2 purchases which i didn't authorize. 5790 rur and 7490 rur. it seems somehow he didn't need to enter apple id password... could you refund please? thank you in advance"

Sorry, but we are all just users here, just like you, and have no access to personal data from other users.

Did you follow the steps mentioned in this article to report the problem?

Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support


If yes, and it still does not work, you should contact Apple Support directly and they will find a solution for you.
