iMessage activation problem after operator change with same number

I have facing problem in Facetime and iMessage activatio. I have changed operator with same number in Bangladesh (From Grameenphone to Robi operator migration). After migration, my device is sending message to +***** continuously to activate iMessage but it is displaying "Waiting for Activation" all the time.
