Is there any logs like "files access logs" available if we copy/move a file from or to iTunes?

Example A, I copy a .doc file from my PC to iTunes.

Example B, I copy a .doc file from iTunes to my PC.

Is there any file transfer logs refer to these actions?

No. And iTunes doesn't know what to do with a .doc file so it will silently ignore example A. Example B is impossible.
