Editing tools in Preview with Mojave

Hi.

I use Preview for reading and editing PDF-files, mostly using the highlighting and underlining features.
Until updating to Mojave, I could simply right-click any marked/selected text and from the appearing menu quickly select highlight/underline.

In Mojave these options don't appear; I now have to go to the tool bar in the menu line every time to select highlight/underline.

Does anyone know if there's a way for me to get the highlight/underline features back so they appear when I right-click a marked selection of text?
I've found that text which is already marked can be unmarked easily by ctr.-click the text; this command brings out the editing menu.
