I recieved an unrequested Apple ID verification code from 504-72 at 11:55pm and it was sent in Spanish when my iphone is set up in English. Could this be a Hacker or possibly someone i know that is trying to log into my Apple ID based on the information?
Someone could be trying to log into your Apple ID. You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
