Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I see you may be having an issue with an iTunes account.

To clarify, what's happening when you log in to your account? If you get an error message, what does the error say?

It looks like you might be referring to using Apple Music on Android. If so, check out this resource. It's a great guide you can use to Join Apple Music on Android .

I also recommend ensuring you can sign in to the Apple ID website with your login and password. This will ensure you're signing in with the correct credentials.
