I have an irritating "Mac Cleanup Pro- 50% Discount " popup that I can't get rid of.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
It pops up when I’m browisng, but it is appears in upper right order on my desktop. I did find it a Mac Cleanup Pro in my applications and deleted it- so maybe that will take care of it?
It very well might. I would also remove the safari extension(s) associated with it if there are any. Check here (Scroll down to "Uninstall Safari Extensions").

Hi Onceanolson! Can you provide a little more info? Where does this popup occur, on your desktop, browser, etc.
It sounds like the popup was for an upgrade for that application. I would go to the Developer's web site and look for uninstall instructions to make sure you removed it completely.
