'Delivered' Item Missing

I ordered my iPhone XS online and scheduled it for delivery. Now the UPS tracking page says it's been delivered, but I haven't received the package. How do I let Apple know about this? I wasn't physically present during the delivery time, but the driver has mentioned a name and place in the Proof of Delivery form that makes no sense to me.

iPhone 13 pro max, UPS delivered an empty box to me I placed an order online through apple website for iPhone 13 pro max (gold, 256gb). I received an empty box from UPS on April 25, 2022. The package been torn and is already opened. the iPhone is missing and I am not able to call contact apple. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else ? Trade-In Device Lost in Delivery The tracking on my trade-in package (iPhone 7 Plus) is not updating, and Apple is saying it still hasn't received my device. I shipped it out over a week ago, so I think the package was lost in transit. Is there any way to locate the device and/or get my trade-in refund, or am I completely out of luck?
