How do you have your apple music account linked with multiple devices without paying more? I have the Individual.

iPhone 7, iOS 12.1, Mac OS Mojave

The Apple Music subscription is linked to your Apple ID, not per device. One subscription for all your devices (maximum 10 devices). One at a time though! Just use the same AppleID, then it will recognize the active subscription, and you are good to go. You can share the same library among all your devices.
