My Airpods constantly keep disconnecting from my iPad. I've done the "forget device" a few times, reconnected and still having the problem. I have the latest firmware on all devices and it's now happening with my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Thank you, but that's not really the problem I'm having. I'll be watching Netflix or Hulu or listening to music through my Airpods and suddenly the video pauses and I get a notification tone in my pods and then they disconnect. Sometimes, after 20 or 30 seconds they reconnect. It happens about every 5 minutes or less sometimes.
