Pending Purchase/Refund

Hello,

I was the unfortunate victim of getting my account hijacked and having several purchases made by whoever took my information. The hijacker wound up using my linked payment information to do the following purchases:

• Added $20 worth of funds to my Apple ID
• Spent $1.04 on an app called 'Plague Inc.'
• Spent $95.49 on an in-app purchase called 'Art of Conquest Bundle'
• Spent $105.49 on an in-app purchase called 'Art of Conquest Bundle'

This happened on November 5th. I immediately canceled my card, contacted my bank, changed my Apple Information, and contacted Apple Support to get refunded for these purchases.

Each of the purchases have now been refunded except for one, the $105.49 on the 'Art of Conquest Bundle'.

Now all of these purchases were made on the same date; however, for some reason, the $105.49 is listed as 'PENDING' on my Purchase History but the amount has been CHARGED to my account. All of the other purchases have been listed as REFUND.

The first time I called I was told the following:

"We can't refund the charge because it's listed as pending right now, we don't have the ability to refund it yet but we will refund the others."

Today when I called and asked about it I was told:

"It'll go through eventually, all of them are being refunded, so just give it a couple of days."

Which leaves me confused. I don't know why this ONE purchase is still pending when it was made the same day as the others. I've looked at my purchase history and it's STILL pending so I don't know if I was lied to or given misinformation when i called support today. Is there a way to remove the pending so I can get my refund? Who would I contact?

tl;dr - Someone made purchases with my stolen information. All purchases (except for one) have been refunded. Non-refunded purchase is listed as pending, confused why this is.
