Keyboard will not pair

Cannot get the magic keyboard to pair with Mac. Instead of showing Magic keyboard paired it shows MyName keyboard in Bluetooth menu. That however would not be a problem if it worked, but it does not. Tried what I can find on web but no avail. Now the Magic Mouse 2 is not connecting as that but as MyName Mouse, but at least it works.

How can I get both to repair with Mac they came with.

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

It does connect via Bluetooth to my MacBook Air. It works via USB with my iMac. My Magic Mouse does connect to my iMac via Bluetooth so Bluetooth appears to be working on both my keyboard and iMac. I recently updated to the latest Ventura OS with no known issues but this problem did not start then. I've turned bluetooth on and off, restarted my computer and reset PRAM which has not helped. Connect to Magic Keyboard I have an old MacBook Air with Mojave MacOS. i successfully connected it by Bluetooth with the Apple Magic Mouse but now cannot do the same with Magic Keyboard i tried to press and hold Shift+Option keys and click the menu Bluetooth connection to enter the debug mode but using this wouldn’t not show that mode any help would be greatly appreciated if

Magic mouse 2 and keyboard paired but still not working Huge disappointment, as the mouse and keyboard are working in OSX, but under Windows there is no other keyboard or mouse on the market that would be such a hassle for setup as the Apple's. Both devices are discovered by Windows, even paired but still not working on Bootcamp. I have reinstalled the Bootcamp Drivers without help.
