Apple has discontinued providing print services as of Oct. 1st of this year. However, you should be able to print a PDF file of the book. There is an online provider who can print and bind photo books from the PDF file created by iPhoto: PrestoPhotos.

A number of users have purchased books thru them and have reported favorable on the results.
