Apple Charged me for free month

Hello!


I am taking courses from Linkedin learning and the first month supposed to be for free. However, I got a bill for a free month from you for that. I contacted Linkedin and they said: "unfortunately we are unable to assist with the billing that is done through Apple because we do not have access to their billing system".

What would be the solution here?

In which case contact iTunes - Official Apple Support via one of the links provided and ask for an explanation and refund.

No you didn't, you know that we are just fellow users, we don't send out 'bills'. If you think that you've been charged when you shouldn't have been you should contact iTunes Support as instructed to do : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
