I’m trying to put my banking details on my phone but it won’t let me because it’s trying to take 6.99 out my account i want to cancel it because I have an app I use for music and it won’t let me download my free apps without putting my details on my phone
Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support. In principle all completed transactions are final. If Apple have delivered on a previous order they are entitled to collect their money for those items first. You won't be able to update apps or download new free content while you have an outstanding billing issue.

If you are tryoing to cancel a subscription on iPhone:
-Settings
-ICloud, Apple ID and ITunes, my Apple ID, subscriptions
-select the subscription you would like to cancel and select cancel
