Songs on album no appearing

i preordered an album, and the 4 songs that were available downloaded, but when the whole album came out it was out of order, so i deleted the album and tried to redownload it, but the initial 4 songs are no longer there under 'purchased' but the store says i bought them. anything i can do about this?
