restoring

I currently updated my iPhone 6s plus and continue having trouble with the phone kicking out of apps and being slow. I decided to completely restore my phone to manufacture setting and now my phone won't completely finish the restore itself. The little loading bar under apple sign does not finish loading. Why is that
