When I send messages to some of my contacts are not turning to imessages inspite of they are using iPhone and wifi. It’s always sendi as a text message. I tried eveverything like turning on and off iMessage, reset etc. nothing is working out. Can you suggest how to fix this problem
It takes 2 to iMessage. You cannot change how their iPhone is configured.
Having an iPhone and Wi-Fi is not enough to use iMessage. They have to activate iMessage as well.
