I can’t download anything on AppStore cause it says I have to do some verification but I can’t do that cause I don’t have a credit card

Does anybody know what I can do

Buy and redeem an iTunes gift card.

iTunes gift card are available nearly everywhere (Apple stores, electronic shops, etc...)
