my phone is unfixable, what can apple do
My phone is completely damaged.. won’t be able to repair. What can I do to get a new phone without paying the whole entire amount ?

Describe "completely damaged". If it is not what Apple considers catastrophic, then you would probably qualify for an out of warranty replacement, which is at a discounted price from new.
