Why does my Apple ID keep getting disable?

I contacted Itunes Support and the senior advisors and they told me all I have to do is create a new Apple ID and it will be fine. But when I do create a new one, it gets disable. Also one of the senior advisors told me that I mist have violated the terms of service but when I read them. I didn’t violate any. Is there anyway I can get my Apple ID enable and stay enable? My Apple ID has been disable for almost 3 weeks

We are fellow users, so nobody on here will know why your accounts are being disabled (I assume that you are in the country that you have as the country on them). Try resetting the password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support again, select the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
