Does Apple Pay reset?

I am trading in my iPhone 7. I reset to factory settings. BUT I did not go in to Apple Pay and remove my credit card! What should I do?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11

If you reset the device using erase all content and settings, it removes everything you put on the device.
