Select song and won't play

I have installed the latest version of iTunes 64 bit. When I select a song from my library, I see the song up in the title the arrow doesn't move nor does it play the song. Tried several and same thing. Running windows 10 version 1803. Ran a test on my speakers to be sure they all work, fine. I called apple for support but they only work on MAC's. What to do to get my music to play?
