Hello naveed81,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that your iPhone X is frozen on a screen with a message that says "Your emergency contacts have been notified." I would be happy to help provide some steps to try next.

If you haven't already done so, force your iPhone to restart following the steps here:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

On an iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

The screen you're seeing indicates that Emergency SOS was used. This can happen if the side button is clicked five times. If you're located in India, an emergency SOS call is initiated if you triple-click the side button. Here's more information about how that feature works:

Use Emergency SOS on your iPhone - Apple Support

If you'd like to turn off Call with Side Button, you can do that from Settings > Emergency SOS. Let us know what happens from here.

Cheers!
