Apple Music keeps having me verify my student eligibility.

I’ve had Apple Music Student for a few years. For the last four days I’ve received a “you have __ days remaining to verify student eligibility” notification when I open the music app. I’ve done it numerous times, yet it keeps prompting this. I’m going to have to unsubscribe from Apple Music until I get it fixed because I can’t afford the actual subscription. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Greetings raveioli,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're receiving a prompt to verify your student subscription with Apple Music. Further, you mentioned you have already verified your eligibility and you continue to receive the notification to verify your student eligibility.

I suggest reaching out to UNiDAYS Support for help with your student account, as described in the following guide: Get an Apple Music Student subscription
