Why my iphone x gone worst right now?

Why my phone Iphone X went all wrong

-ios 12

My face ID was disabled

-location in privacy cannot be turn on

-I already reset all setting but nothing changed

-I make hard reboot by press both volume button and lock button but still nothing change

-I’m still in 1year Apple Warranty

-what should I do with my phone I feel suck right now with Apple

-I’m in Cairo,Egypt

Face ID has been disabled iPhone X 16.6 just replace the screen due to pixel problems on time and in the bottom right corner! Before update my phone has been getting super hot. I had to put it on ice (place phone in a plastic bag) become super slow and keyboard is very sticky and slow.
