Find my iPhone from Android

Well, if you mean that you open a browser, then enter www.iCloud.com using your credentials, and use Find my iPhone from there, then yes, it can be done using a smartphone and/or a computer.

not sure if it works with the android browser but on any computer you can login to www.iclould.com and use find my iphone from there
