Why can't I download NFL Game pass in App store or Itunes store?

I am in the US. For some reason the link on the NFL Game Pass Website isn't working when I click on the Download in App Store button. Also when I search for NFL Game pass in the App Store and I tunes store, I get nothing coming up, just games from 2014 in itunes or video game apps in the app store.

I have paid for it.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012)

You are searching for it in the App Store app on your iOS device (not the Mac App Store) ? I can see it in the US App Store : https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/nfl/id389781154?mt=8
