Resubmit to Apple? Vulgarity cleaned up.

We started our Podcast Crazy Tennis B*****S about 6 weeks ago with the actual B-word, and it was approved by Apple. We were doing great and ranking #1 in Sports and Rec, then we created an episode with the word S**T in the title. That day we were completely knocked out of all rankings...and after doing some research learned that no vulgarity is allowed by Apple is titles, episode descriptions, etc. We are new to podcasting (clearly:))

We have taken ALL vulgarity out of podcasts descriptions, etc., and renamed the podcast to Crazy Tennis Bs.

For Apple to reconsider our podcast for the charts, do we need to resubmit it or do we need to just be patient and their algorithm will naturally see our podcast is now clean?
