My iPhone keeps shutting off and cutting on.

Help

My iPhone keeps shutting off and cutting on. It takes forever to cut on and when I try to unlock it it shuts off again.when I finally does come on after about20 mins it starts restarting itself over again. What can I do. I did the hard restart no luck
