Hi,
I purchased an iPhone 7 product red from a well known auction website at the start of this year. All worked well until ios 12 update so before looking for a repair an online check seems to indicate that the Product Red iPhone 7 was never actually available in 32GB. Can someone confirm?
I'm in the UK so maybe a model specific to us?

What model do you see listed in Settings>General>About? Perhaps it's actually an iPhone 8, which did come in the 32GB capacity.

The iPhone 7 was available with 32, 128, and 256gB capacities. Whether all those capacities were available with the Product Red, I’m not certain.
I can't get the phone to activate after updating to ios 12 so can't check this. ITunes does see the phone and identifies it as an iPhone 7. The phone came in what looks like a genuine Apple box where the imei and serial number on the box both match the handset. The label on the box looks genuine compared to other iPhones I have and shows the colour as red. The sim tray is red and has the same imei as the phone and what is shown on the label. I'd say the phone was genuine but it's thrown me that this model may not have been available in 32GB. A quick check on the auction site shows several other iPhone Product Red handsets availabe in 32GB so I'm totally confused.
