Issue with Siri on Apple Watch

I have songs stored in my watch app under "My Watch" and "Music" under "Playlists and Albums". When I ask Siri to play an artist (ie."Play The Cult") it says "Checking with the app". Then it says..."Sorry there's a problem with the app". Underneath there appears to be something you can click that says "Siri Settings" but when you try to click on it nothing happens. How do you fix this??

Siri shortucts not asking input after updating to Watch OS 7 Prior to upgrading to Watch OS 7 Siri Shortcuts used to ask for input. I’d say “Hey Siri Add Task”. Siri would say “What is the title?”. I’d say “Start the dishwasher”. Siri would say “When”. I’d say “Today” and on and on. The task would get created. Now when I ask Siri to “Add Task” on my watch a list of shortcuts show up. Then the “Add Task” shortcut is selected. Then a screen with a microphone, drawing text, emojis for manual input appears instead of asking for the title of the task. When asking iPhone to “Add Task” I am asked for verbal input and the task is created. Anyone know how to fix this?
