it does not say to go to CELLULAR SETTINGS!!!
it says:
Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
If you are still having problems, I would suggest going to your carrier for help.
I tried doing that, but whenever I cannot change my carrier settings because when going on cellular setting there is only a message telling me that I need to update my iPhone in order to access cellular settings.
I did look at your link and it is what I did. This is why I said that my phone is up to date because no option appears to update my carrier settings!!
I tried changing my SIM, because I have a second one from a different carrier and I had the same problem, which is why I think it's a problem with my phone and not the carrier..
Message saying I need to update my iPhone to make calls but it is already up to date. What can I do?
