iCloud drive gone from Macbook

Wiped and reinstalled OS on Macbook Pro (10.9.5). iCloud drive was present on computer, synced to apple ID before scrubbing.

iCloud drive is still on iCloud with all files/folders, but there doesn't seem to be any way to restore it on the computer.

System Preferences shows iCloud, but Drive is not listed.

Finder preferences do not have iCloud option for Sidebar.

iCloud Drive is Yosemite (OS X 10.10) or later. See: System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support
