Apple carplay suddenly stopped working in my 2018 Kia Soul. The cable is good. My husband phone connects with it. I turned the phone off and on. Software is up to date. I checked Screen Time and Carplay is an allowed app. I have Siri on. Anything I am missing?

Set up CarPlay with your iPhone
Note: for Siri functions to work: check this: go to Settings > Siri & Search. Verify that "Allow Siri When Locked" is on.

I turned phone off and back on again and that did the trick.
