Where is the Catalina setting to move the mouse between two monitors? During initial setup of a 16" MBP w/ Catalina, there was an option to move the mouse between two screens--it was not the thing where you use an iPad. just as JimmyCMPIT says:

Once you have the display Icons in this pane set to the way the displays are arranged on your bench, the mouse will move across the boundary between displays in a predictable way, and can drag a window with it.
