How do to manually sync iCloud drive on a PC to the cloud

I don't have my iCloud drive on my Windows PC set up to automatically start and therefore sync.

So what is the method to get the i Cloud drive to sync manually.

My options seem to be to click on iCloud click on iCloud drive in my Windows menu
