If you are using W10 1809, I suggest you use W10 1803. There is a known issue with install.wim on W10 1809.
Since you are on Mojave, you may also have local snapshots, which can cause issues with partitioning. If your macOS partition was converted to APFS, post the output of
sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1
You don't have enough contiguous free space. Tell us how much free space you have.
On my MacBook drive I have 269gb free and on the thumbdrive 64gb
