why can’t i get a single plan on apple music anymore )
apple music won’t show the $9.99 per/month plan that i had before but canceled and i want it back but now the only options shown is the college plan and up to 14 people family plan
I’m not sure what you are looking at, because what you describe shouldn’t be possible (screenshot please).
You should be able to change the subscription type to all options (Individual, Family, Student).
There is a 6 people family plan; not a 14 people family plan.
