Screen Recording and post viewing

I can screen record on my iPhone X, watch it back on the iPhone it is clear and crisp. Send the video out in an email and it is severely down graded and blurry. How do I fix this?

Recorded screen video is blurry. Hi. Sold my ipad air 2 and bougt ipad air 3 2019. Have one issue recording screen on new device. Screen recording video is blurry at some moments. Did not have that kind of problems on my old device.
