how to enable right click on an apple mouse

I know that before you could enable a secondary click for a mouse on a mac but now I can't find it.

If someone knows why this is, that'd be great.

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.5)

Or do System Preferences > Mouse to get this:

Note there is a little disclosure arrow that lets you specify where to use a right or left click as secondary.
