Airpods connecting and disconnecting problem on iPhone

When I connect my AirPod to iPhone 7 it connects properly and works fine but with in few seconds it disconnects both the AirPods or the left one.

And I tried

1)I have rest AirPods also by holding the button for 15 sec.. still same problem

2)I tried rest all my networks settings also ... still same problem

3)and also done Bluetooth an forget the device and reconnected the AirPods again but still same problem..

4)tried connecting to iPhone 6sPlus still same problem

p.s my Airpods was working fine all time but due to my exams it was not used for a month or more...and then when i tried to use it this problem arised

can someone please suggest me any solutions for it ?

If I understand your post correctly, your AirPods disconnect when connected to two different iPhones. Keeping your Bluetooth devices connected is important. I'd like to help.
